We recommend sizing your Mad Rock shoes based on your street shoe size for a performance fit. For beginners or those seeking a more comfortable all-day fit, consider going up a half size.
What is your return policy for climbing equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, load-bearing hardware such as carabiners and harnesses cannot be returned once opened.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next trip to the crag.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I resolve my climbing shoes if the rubber wears down?
Absolutely. Mad Rock shoes are designed to be durable, and we encourage resoling to extend the life of your gear. While we don't provide in-house resoling, we can recommend several professional resolers who specialize in our Science Friction rubber.
