At Mad Rock, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next send, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear back in its original box and include the printed return authorization form to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our climbing experts verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
